If you are using multiple locales that share the same language in your Help Center, you may be wondering how Unbabel handles your article translations.
Suppose you have an HC structure including multiple locales sharing the same language:
As long as the language is supported, Unbabel will translate your article. With full capability to recognize the locales in your Help Center, our system will process the request and deliver the translated article to the locale you requested it for, seamlessly and precisely. You can request an article translation for a number of different locales sharing the same language; Unbabel will create the corresponding number of requests and deliver them accordingly.
If you are hosting different versions of your source article for different locales, you can use those versions to translate only to certain locales of your choice. Select articles based on a specific source locale by translating from a different source language, and create their translated versions to deliver them only for the locales you want that version to apply.
