If your Help Center is supported across different Zendesk brands, Unbabel will be able to set up a different translation profile for each, allowing your articles to be translated under a different register, contain different instructions to our editors, and being simply differentiated from other help centers you may be hosting.
In order to complete such a setup, your LangOps specialist at Unbabel will require the brand ID from Zendesk. In order to find this information, open the Guide Admin home page and make sure you have the correct subdomain selected from the dropdown list in the top left corner. The brand ID can be found at the end of the URL for the page.
