Getting your brand subdomain
In Zendesk Guide, every brand has a different subdomain. Each of these subdomains must be set up accordingly in the Unbabel tool if we are to be able to fetch the articles associated with it. You can confirm which subdomain your brand has by accessing the Admin Center in Zendesk and look for your brand settings. This can be done in two ways:
- Select Brand Settings from the Guide Admin menu
- Head to your Zendesk instance's Admin Center, search and select Brand management > Brands.
Click on any of the available brands to expand the brand details. Your subdomain is the value before zendesk.com.
