Linking your Help Center to the Unbabel integration webpage will always start by connecting to the subdomain of a specific brand. However, it may be the case that you have multiple Help Centers containing articles that you wish to have translated spread across different brands. If that is the case, you will need to integrate each brand one by one.
1 - Log in to the Unbabel webpage. If you already have one brand associated, the tool will load the information about the articles contained in it.
2 - Find and click the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
3 - Click + Add Integration. This is because we will need to generate a new token able to read and write content in the Zendesk instance.
4 - Insert the Zendesk's brand subdomain, which you can obtain as explained here and click Authorize to see the brand be integrated.
