Technical issues
If you need to report a technical issue affecting article translations, please reach out to customer.happiness@unbabel.com or fill out our form. When doing so, please provide both the article title (as in the source) and the article ID, as these are fundamental for us to be able to identify the translation request. The information is usually in the URL for the page when visiting the article, so please consider sharing it with us.
You should consider other good practices when reporting a technical issue:
- Provide a clear description of the issue. What is the problem? What was your expected result?
- When did the issue arise?
- What was the date and time you requested the translation for the affected language(s)?
- Send any relevant screenshots or recordings illustrating the issue.
Quality issues
If you feel that one of our translations is off and needs to be reviewed, please forward that information to customer.happiness@unbabel.com or fill out our form and we will be keen on analyzing what may have happened and how to improve.
When reporting quality issues, please be sure to identify the articles titles and the URL for the article in your Help Center.
It is important that you add some context into the report, as to where you suspect the error to be, along with any comments or suggested corrections you may wish to make.
