Each agent in Unbabel Interface is associated with a predefined number of languages. When creating a conversation, all languages from this list will appear available for selection.
Agents will only be able to create a chat in a language pair that is consistent with their language settings.
Language settings are stored in our database and controlled by the Unbabel team. To proceed with any changes, send an email to customer.happiness@unbabel.com or use our support form as an authorized and recognized point of contact, identifying which agents need the settings to be adjusted, and which languages should they be serving. We will make any necessary adjustments.
