Unbabel Interface for Chat is a web page based interface that allows you to translate you customer messages directly, with no resort to any sort of installation. Just access it with your credentials and begin translating!

Organization account vs Agent account
When you have an Unbabel Interface organization, you will have a number of agent accounts who will be able to access the regular ticket creation interface. All agents have the same level of authorization. Accessing an agent account will enable the creation and management of chat conversations and their respective translations.
However, there is also one specific set of credentials that give access to the organization account. Using the Unbabel username and key, the tool will enter the organization account page, where two tabs are available: the report tab and the audit tab. This is a monitoring interface that is not associated with a single user allowing the reading of metrics and accessing the ticket database.
The organization credentials can only be shared with a lead on the organization's side.
