New agents are added to the database by the Unbabel team. 

If you need us to create new agent credentials, have an authorized POC send an email to customer.happiness@unbabel.com, identifying the agents by name or email address, along with the languages they will be serving. We will make any necessary adjustments and provide you with the login details.
