With each request, Unbabel will receive all the fields that are part of the article, but it may select only some to be sent for translation. The request will look for the corresponding settings and parse the content sent to the Email Service that will reach the translation pipeline. This prevents unwanted translations and reduces costs.
1 - Open the app Launcher and find the Unbabel for Knowledge Base - Configuration menu.
2 - Find the section Fields to translate.
3 - The section will display your configured article fields in all of your record types. Only the checked fields are sent for translation.
4 - Save any changes.
