With the installation in place, you need to assign the Unbabel permissions to all users involved in the translation of articles.

This includes the Integration user. Please ensure the Integration user is added to both the Unbabel API and Unbabel Knowledge base permission sets.

1 - Open Setup.

2 - Find and select Permission Sets. Find the Unbabel KB Permissions permission set.

3 - Click the Manage Assignments button and assign the permission set to the desired users.
 

Once you add all users, it's time to move on to creating the Unbabel translation queue.
