Unbabel for Helpshift will install in your instance as an app, while also creating webhooks that are responsible for generating and receiving translated messages.
To install the app and webhooks, you will need to input an email address and password that are associated with the organization's Unbabel account.
Obtain these credentials from the point of contact at Unbabel that is helping you with the installation or reach out to customer.happiness@unbabel.com.
We also recommend that you have a write API key and a read API key (or one with both permissions) created and ready to be used before proceeding with the installation.
To install, follow these steps:
1 - Click and open this linked URL.
2 - A new window will appear. Insert your Helpshift subdomain and both the read and write Admin API keys, which this Helpshift HC article helps retrieving.
3 - Successively click next to authorize the creation of the four Unbabel webhooks. The necessary information is pre-filled (the Target URL and Secret Code Header are hidden in the screenshots for security reasons).
4 - Your connection to Unbabel should be firmly established and the installation process completed.
