You can complete the installation of our integration in a few simple steps. The installation includes the automatic creation of the webhooks we will use to received and post translations so that the heavy lifting is already done for you. To install Unbabel for Intercom:

Find attached the UAT plan you can test once you finish the installation!

Note: you need to permissions that state your user "Can install, configure and delete apps" in your Intercom instance to complete the process successfully.

Note 2: you need to have an Unbabel Portal role of Integrations Manager, Admin or Owner

1 - Head to the Intercom App Store at https://www.intercom.com/app-store. 

2 - Search for “Unbabel” and click on “Unbabel for Intercom”.

3 - A pop-up modal will appear. Click “Sign in to install” (this will first log you into Intercom) and/or “Install now” if you are already logged in.

4 - You’ll be asked to login to the Customer Portal using your Portal credentials. Input them and click on Log in.

5 - Click “Connect” to give permissions to the app. Wait up to a few minutes while the necessary authorizations are created.

6 - Once you see the following screen Unbabel is installed.

7 - Make sure to add and authorize your agents so you can start translating seamlessly!

After you complete your configuration, you must conduct UAT by validating some key features as described in our UAT plan. Download the file attached to this article to access the test plan.
