This article describes how to add authorize new agents to use Unbabel for Kustomer.

In Kustomer, agent authorization is based on teams - any agent that is part of a team authorized to use Unbabel will be able to see the widget and use the integration.

You can set which team contains authorized agents by adding the team ID to the app settings.

Authorizing agents

To add agents to the Unbabel team:

1 - Click Settings > Users > Teams, and click to edit the Unbabel team.

2 - Click on the Members tab, then click the field to add new members. Add all members you intend. All users not part of the team will be listed.

3 - Save changes.
