If for each article translation request you make, you see two or more Translation Request records created, you may need to look at the setup for your Integration user (the user managing the Unbabel connection). These updates are performed via this user, even if the translation was requested by someone else. As such:
- please ensure the Integration user is a Knowledge user
- please ensure the Integration user has access to the article, i.e., there no restrictions based on Record Type or other custom restrictions to manage the original article record
Generating duplicate requests can be the cause for translations not to update from the original language.
