After you have quoted or ordered a translation project you can set users to receive project notifications or add a purchase order (PO) number.

Set users to receive project notifications

Project users to notify each receive all automated email notifications about a project. You can edit your users to notify on any project either when you create it or from the Projects page if the project status is pending, quoted or in progress.

1. Select Projects.
2. Select the information i button to view the full details of your project.
3. Select the Users to notify field to see a list of your available users and select user/s to add them.
   Or
4. Select the x icon to remove a user from receiving project notifications.
5. Select the Save icon.

Add a purchase order (PO) number

You can add a purchase order to any project that is in status quoted, pending, in progress or finished.

1. Select Projects.
2. Select the information i button to view the full details of your project.
3. Enter your PO number.
4. Select the Save icon.
