Unbabel Interface uses pusher notifications to post the newly translated content into the Interface front-end. If the services responsible for the notifications are having issues, this will not happen automatically. Don't worry, you can still access your translations, but you will have to refresh the page to see any new incoming translations.

If you have problems with translations not appearing automatically, please report to customer.happiness@unbabel.com or use our support form. We ask you to preemptively check on the responsible services, by running a Status page report and sending the result to us.
Typically, you may encounter services such as pusher.com or pusherapp.com affected. It is a good idea to check with your IT department as well if any network restrictions may be causing problems.
