Unbabel will automatically detect the language the customer is speaking, but in some cases, the language may need to be corrected or communication might change to a different language altogether.
In order to change the customer's language, find and click the option with that name at the top of the Unbabel Widget, select the language from the dropdown list, and more importantly, do not forget to save your changes.
Changing the customer's language will re-translate the entire chat considering the newly selected language.
If the selection configures a nonexistent language pair, a message reading We don't support translations between X and Y will display.
