Installing the app from the Marketplace
The app for Unbabel for Zendesk Chat is available in the Zendesk Marketplace.
To proceed with the installation you should be an admin of the organization. Find and open the app in the Marketplace. Select the environment you wish the app to be installed in, thus completing the first stage of the installation.
Completing the installation via the Unbabel widget
With the app is installed, it's time to complete the setup and get Unbabel ready to work. In order to do so, you will need to open any available chat - we suggest you simulate one as a visitor.
1 - Visit the chat. The app should load on the starter screen.
2 - Click Start Now and insert the credentials obtained from Unbabel.
3 - Authorize Unbabel into your Zendesk instance and Chat environment.
4 - Select the agents you wish to have using the Unbabel tool - later changes need to be requested differently - save your settings.
5 - Finish the installation by clicking Start Using Unbabel. You should be all set!
