Unbabel for Zendesk Guide will scan your website for the information on how many languages and locales your Help Center is using. When you request the translation for one or more articles, the languages available to select from will match the languages you have added for your Help Center.
To add a language to a Help Center
3 - Save the changes for each brand in use according to your preferences.
If Unbabel for ZD Guide is to translate articles into any given language, that language must be supported in the settings.
Default language
The default language in your HelpCenter determines the article locale version that Unbabel will consider to be the source text for all articles during translation, if there is more than one version. For example, if you have both an English US and English UK version for all your articles, having English US selected as default will send that article content for translation.
You can switch the default language to translate articles from different source languages.
